KLEWtv New Directions

This report and accompanying presentation was prepared for Glenn Johnson's Broadcast Management class in the Fall of 2006. After extensive research and interviews with KLEW's General Manager and staff, our group settled on several "New Directions" for the station to move in. These suggestions ranged from launching a new digital channel, to increasing the amount of content produced for the web, as well as a new promotional and sales campaign. For this project I was responsible for the programming department as well as a significant contribution to the general ideas and strategic direction.
